Verizon matching Sprints plan?

Sprint is 69.99 + 10 if you have the Evo and you get a lot more features than Verizon. Also the family plan is awesome savings. Verizon is just too expensive imo.

Of course YMMV depending on where you live, but I've found Sprint service to be excellent where I live and the places I travel to. Why pay more money for the same service? Verizon is test marketing this, it's not going nation wide yet and may never go past the market's it in. I think it is a good sign that Sprint is turning the tide. Verizon is a beast of a company with rules almost as draconian as Apple. I'm not willing to put up with that.

I would switch if Big Red would match the family plans, but so far they aren't.

No. but it'll be interesting to see what happens to plan pricing when verizon rolls out LTE.

Sprint still had any mobile, any time which is killer for them.

True, I'm guessing when LTE comes out, its gonna be hella expensive, lol.

I've been a Sprint customer 10+ years. The only problem people seem to have is their customer service. I must also add they've gotten much better. Can't beat their family plans. Also, who needs rollover minutes when you have unlimited mobile to mobile.

I doubt it... IMO, Sprint still has the best deal going.

69.99 + 10 for the evo:
Unlimited mobile to mobile(any carrier)
450 Landline minutes
Unlimited data
Unlimited text
Sprint TV(sucks)
Sprint Navigation(first rate nav system)

Exactly... Sprint does not even advertise the $99.99 simply every thing plan any more.. All their adds even for the EVO push the $69.99 plan... The only problem I have with the way they do it is they sorta mislead you into thinking you get unlimited talk for $69.99.... It's kind of a sneaky play on words.... They don't actually (at least not in their commercials) advertise the 450 minutes. They push unlimited web, chat, e-mail and talk to any mobile on any network and that is where it ends...

But I knew that ahead of time but I am sure there are plenty of people who think about it as unlimited.. Which is close... 90% of my calls are to another mobile phone.. Most of my friends don't even have a home/land line just cell phones... My wife and I don't have a land line just our cell phones, my parents only have cell phones now and most of my co-workers or customers use cell phones in place of a land line, so I burn up close to 1,000 any mobile minutes and have barely touched 100 anytime 450 minutes...

Plus with my company discount I pay $66 a month for my EVO even with the $10 tax on it.... That's a steal for what I am getting.... with the same % discount with AT&T and my iPhone I paid $108 per month because I had to have more any time minutes because not all my friends have AT&T (actually most of them have Sprint to start with)

Roll over minutes are a joke.. My dad has an iPhone and AT&T and at one point he had like 10,000 roll over minutes... Even the AT&T guy said you need to downgrade your plan and my dad said no because he didn't want to lose his roll over minutes.. lol... I told him "Do you know how long you would have to talk to eat up all those roll over minutes?"

He's been with AT&T since they were Bellsouth Mobility and then Cingular and now AT&T.....

Lol, always seemed pretty clear to me

Wow you picked out a video from September 2009 when they first launched any mobile any time...

YouTube - Injury

Watch one from the past 7 days.... At the end it has no mention of 450 anytime minutes... It does say unlimited Mobile to Mobile...... They kind of sneak that in....

LOL, that video is classic! Never seen it.
