Verizon MMS problems?

Is mms working out of the box for people? It looks like it isnt working for me. I setup all my apps, and whether its textra or messages plus, i do not see mms.
 
Mine is working. I shut off Verizon's message app and used the stock "Messages" app. I texted a couple of videos last night with no worries.
 
I'm suddenly getting every text emailed to me. Anyone know how to make that stop? There must be a setting somewhere that it causing it.
 
Just came here to see if anyone else was having the MMS over WiFi issue and it looks like I'm not alone. Using Google Messages. I'll try the reboot. Figured that would be too easy of a fix.
 
Which messaging app are you using?

Solved my problem. I had "sync messages" checked in the email app for my corporate exchange account.

I'm using Verizon's Messages+, which seems to be working fine. I noticed that the native Messages app is also syncing my texts, but it is not selected as the messaging app.
 
Switched to Samsung Messages. That worked.

Cleared cache, rebooted, switched back to Google Messages, set as default, and now it's working again.
