Verizon Moto G6 on another carrier

Network operators and select network are both greyed out. I can make calls and text but can't access data. I'm guessing this is my problem. At first start my phone connects to 4G lte and dorps the signal after 30 seconds.

Was it working normally before? What's the exact model number of the phone?

Have you already contacted Verizon? They might try reprovisioning the phone.

Are you using it with a US carrier, or in some other country? Which carrier? (Not MVNO, the actual carrier - AT&T, TMobile or Sprint if in the US.) If with TMobile, have you checked to see whether they're using any band other than 71 in your area (the G6 doesn't do Band 71.)

I'm located in Kansas. My carrier is called United Wireless a CDMA company like Verizon. model is XT1925-12. it's paid off as well.
my wife is using Verizon branded s9+ on United Wireless now and it works great.

Ok, contact United Wireless and ask them if they need to reprovision the phone (or if there are any other troubleshooting steps they can take).
