Looks like no notification LED due to Moto Display.

So what does Moto display do? Onscreen notification with the screen on all the time? Kinda of like "glance" in Windows phones.

It flutters the display off and on with an icon that represents unread notifications (or just a lock icon if there is nothing unread). Do a search on YouTube for Motorola active display, you'll see.

There is the traditional Android notification icons in the notification bar at the top of the screen. Also, if it's like the Moto X it will flash notifications status on the screen every 30 seconds or so.

Or you can tap the screen on your phone and see any notifications (I think).
