Verizon Network question

I have had some intermittent texting issues which seem pretty good now. I did some research and switched my phone on the preferred network from Global to LTE/CDMA. I remember Verizon saying I should keep it on global but with the posts I saw that was only needed if I travel out of the country which I am not.

Any other thoughts on this?

Interesting. Mine is also defaulted to "global" and has had some intermittent texting problems. Since switching to LTE, the problem has resolved for you?

It is still too soon to tell. I have had issues with one user in particular but with the holiday weekend I didn't text much. Everything else seems to function correctly.
 
I think Verizon has a problem. I was just on their forum and it seems to be a Kit Kat issue. Users with different phones are having issues with texts.
