Verizon Note 4 WiFi connection

Hello all I'm having problems with the Internet in my house. I have Comcast Internet (supposedly the fastest) but within the last couple of days it barely works on my Note 4, it's very slow. I switch over to my wife's phone (apple priduct) and it works like normal. I get on my Galaxy tab s and that's also slow. Am I missing something?

It sounds like you may have an IP conflict related to your smartphone. The DHCP table on your router for some reason may have given your Note 4 the same internal IP address as another device.

Make sure all internet devices are on. Then go to your router's admin page.
Look for your DHCP settings (mine is found under the WAN settings).

Then RELEASE the DHCP assignments.
Wait for your router to complete the request.
Then RENEW the DHCP assignments.
