Verizon Note 7 Stock Options + Questions

Hi all,
I have a few questions for those who had a chance to look at the Verizon branded Note 7.

1 - Is Samsung Cloud a thing on these devices? Or has Verizon modified it so it only uses their own clouds service?
2 - Are all the same battery save + optimization features on the device as seen during the hands on videos?
3 - Will this phone work on any carrier? ie Unlocked if I want to go to t-mobile down the road?

Verizon android devices are already unlocked for gsm network use. My wife had s5 for verizon she deicded to go with tmobile. All i had to do was set the apn setting for tmobile and worked like a charm.

So yes it looks like Samsung Cloud might be missing, and for some odd reason it's not using the new settings layout? Ugh, Verizon.

This phone will be unlocked on Verizon. Pretty much all LTE phones from them that are new are unlocked out of the gate.

While it will work with tmobile, Verizon's website doesn't list tmobile lte band 12 or 4g aws.

I am also not sure about features like wfc and volte.
