Verizon Owners...Cloud app

Has anyone been able to get the Verizon Cloud app working. When I enter my Note Pro's phone number it gives me an error #42 were it says I need to set up the cloud on my phone first. I obviously can log into the cloud with my Note 3's number but I want a separate backup for the Note Pro.

I have not tried to setup cloud for my devices, but with Verizon messaging it mirrors your phone number and when you send a text from either the phone or tab it shows up as coming from the phone. VZW is not charging the full amount of a smart phone being added to your account and do not give it a separate number, it makes since that VZW would link the tablet to the phone number on their cloud storage as well.

I did get a separate number and I did turn on the Feature of Cloud backup (Backup Assistant Plus) for $2.99 on the Tablet line. Verizon techs seem to think it should work and have opened a ticket. We'll see. I can understand if it doesn't but I my Note Pro should be able have different content than my phone since it is sold as a business tablet.

No luck so far with the VZW tech and engineering. I did set it up for now with my GN3 cloud and the Cloud has a directory for the GN3 and one for "Tablet" so it isn't merged but it does consume the phones Cloud storage allotment.
