Verizon S21+ dual sim question/Esim not working with mms

I have an S21+ on Verizon and using dual sim on One UI 4.0. I noticed that I can't send mms messages using the esim. The rain is not set as the primary sim. I am guessing that has something to do with it. But I would think you could still send mms with both numbers not just one.

Delete the esim and install again or maybe contact Verizon.

I am going to contact Verizon today. This is my first phone with esim. If I delete it will I be able to re-add it without having to call Verizon again?

Probably will need to call them after deleting
