Verizon S21+ update.

So I have noticed that the last few months the S21+ on Verizon has been getting the monthly updates slower or at the same time as my S20+ on Verizon. I had always thought the newer models were quicker to get updates. I just got the November update for my S20+ but still waiting on my S21+.

Sometimes older models do get updated before newer on same carrier it's not often but does happen.

Android 12 is right around the corner and that’s the focus this month. Usually seeing updates on the heels of Google Pixels.

The OS and carrier layer are not as tightly bundled together which was suppose to allow for more timely updates. I’ve only bought unlocked except for once. Try to avoid carrier including unneeded apps. And rollout of updates.

Yeah, I am hoping Android 12 comes soon to the Verizon S21. I kind of want a Pixel but I also kind of don't haha.

Esthetically, I don't think much will change with One UI 4.0. Compared to Pixel's UI. I'm glad we won't have the same quick settings buttons.
