Verizon S5 text message issue

Okay, so my friend has a VZW S5 and is using the message+ app from Verizon and everytimw she gets a text from an iPhone user the message disappears from the thread. Is there a fix for this or is the app just acting up?

I've taken it to a Samsung experience shop and updated it and tried clearing the cache and the problem still persists

If your friend logs on to their Verizon account online, they can go to Messages and see all the messages and check and see if it's there. If so, they you know it's an issue with the app. Also, if you swipe from the left bezel to the right you can bring up the menu, and click Sync. But check online to see if the messages are their first.

they are doing it on purpose to inflict pain to iOS users who abandon ship.
