Verizon S6 - Slow Connectivity since Marshmallow 6.0.1, how can I get back to previous speeds?

Since I've installed Marshmallow on my Verizon Galaxy S6, my connectivity is horrible. Where I used to get 4G connectivity, my data now slows to a crawl. This is an issue with Wifi and regular 4G.

I've cleared the cache, but short of reformatting, any ideas on how to get the previous speeds back?

Welcome to Android Central! Moved this to the S6 forum, since it's more likely to be device-specific, rather than a general Marshmallow issue. Does the phone have Smart Network Switch? If so, try turning that off.
