I think My phone is dead. no drops or damage to the phone. Do I just take it into verizon? Its got a 1 year warranty right? thanks! Happy Turkey day!

last time that happened, I just called them. After a few minutes with the tech, he confirmed that my phone was dead. No secret presses or any other tricks could have restarted it. He ordered me a certified like-new replacement, which arrived in two days via FedEx. I shipped back the defective one. The replacement was clearly refurbished, not "like new" as they claimed. However, it did function perfectly, so I just kept on using it.
