Verizon SGS 4 - Trouble pairing with Plantronics 520...

Picked up an S4 last night and I can not get my Plantronics 520 to pair with my phone. It worked find on my Razr but it will not recgonize or find the headset.

Any thoughts? Ideas? I know the 520 is an older headset, maybe not compatible with the S4?
