Verizon Shipment Delay

Pre-order date: Oct. 14.
phone: 128GB black Pixel XL
original ship date: Oct. 20.
new ship date: Nov. 18.
location: (IDK if it matters) I'm in Los Angeles, California.

I've been following the shipping thread and I've noticed those that some folks that pre-ordered from Google store with shipment delayed have had their products shipped one by one.
I was wondering if anyone who pre-ordered from Verizon AND had a shipment delay had their product shipped already? My order has been stuck in "processing" since Oct. 15.

I didn't preorder. I purchased a Pixel XL from Verizon last night and it was shipped this morning. FedEx will deliver by 10:30am on Monday.

32 GB Black. The ship date was same day as I ordered last night. FedEx picked up this morning and will arrive Monday. I had an order with the Google store that was still pending that I cancelled after Verizon shipped same day.

I ordered mine on October 16th. I finally gave up last night when I looked and it STILL said Processing. Went to the Verizon store in town this morning and had them call and cancel the online order and walked out with a Pixel 15 minutes later. So it's not just you TC. I have a buddy who ordered directly from the Google store that got his yesterday.

The 128GB models are the ones that got pushed out. I am in the same situation as the OP was told over and over by customer service and the core team that I was going to receive my phone and then never did. Call back and yes I have been delayed until the 18th. Never seen any other preorder go like this.

Did they tell you anything about possibility of it being shipped sooner than the new ship date?

No kidding! I only starting looking at buying a Pixel XL after the Note 7 was killed off. I was about to buy a Pixel XL on swappa until I saw Verizon had them in stock for immediate shipping.

I had ordered the 128GB online, but was given a 32 at the store. I did not realize this until I had gotten home. So tomorrow I am going to take it back and get the 128. With no expandable storage 32 is not going to cut it.

Probably a Google issue.... They probably promised Verizon a certain amount in their warehouse and couldn't deliver.

Really no point in calling. Cs doesn't know more than what's shown on your screen. They will just say the estimated date which you see anyway.

If it works out, I'll probably head over to my local store and try to pick it up. According to the website, all the local stores near me are sold out of 128gb pixel XLs.
