Verizon takes a long time to dial out

Anyone having issues with calls taking 20 plus seconds to connect? I have verizon. I reset the network settings but that didn't do anything. Restarting phone doesn't do anything.

Help?

yeah, I've had this happen a couple of times. I was thinking network congestion or something like that.

been happening to me for about a week now. contact name just sits there in silence. doesn't matter where I am. not 20 seconds tho. 10 maybe.

Knock wood (so I don't just jinx myself), but I've not been having this issue with Verizon and my Note 10+.
