Verizon today, or me?

Since last night, I can only get 3g. I've rebooted and nothing else happened to my phone. Verizon, or me? I'm in Phoenix.

Check your network setting to make sure it's not on CDMA only. Go to Menu, Settings, Wireless & Networks, Mobile Networks, Network Mode. It should be on LTE/CDMA. You can also try a shutdown, pull battery and slide out SIM card for at least 3 minutes. This will allow the phone to reset and re-provision itself on the network.

The next step would be to contact Verizon to report/check if there's an issue in your area.
