I just got the December security patch on my s9+

Same here. Got mine this morning.

since I got the update I can no longer start a video Call from the contacts list the option doesn't show up. if I try through the dialer it tells me the contact can't receive video calls. I can switch to a video call from a phone call so I know they work.
