Verizon Upgrade Issue

Is anyone else having problems upgrading a line on Verizon.com? I try to add the Galaxy Note 3 to my cart with the available upgrade, but I keep getting an "We're sorry! The transaction you are currently trying to complete is unavailable at this time" or something like that. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue...

I would advise you to go to the Verizon store. Because online store might be out of stock while in the store might have some.
 
I also received this message however I reload the page and started over. It work the second time around, I did the upgrade on my note 2 using the puffin browser and I will pick uo my note 3 tomorrow
