Verizon Visual voicemail cannot connect at this time rebbot phone issue

I been having this issue for awhile I think it started after Feb software update now in March
I reboot phone it comes up I turn off wifi on data I wait get notify no new messages
Last night my .mom sent one on phone it works I listen delete
Now I have to swipe make notification go away

How can I make this stop clear data call tech support or what?
