I am assuming that the wireless charger does not come with the phone. Does it take a specific wireless charger or are there generic ones? How much does the wireless charge cost?

As far as I can tell from press releases and other news articles, it will support any Qi wireless charger. Here's one on sale at Icemonkey.com (recertified): Nokia DT-901 Wireless Charging Pillow for Qi Wireless Enabled Smartphones Including Nexus 4, HTC 8x, Nokia Lumia 720, 820, 920 and 925 (Choice of 2 Colors)
No wireless charger with the phone, it will charge on any Qi charger, confirmed working on my Nokia charging pad, desk stand and old LG pad.
How is the charge rate? For example is it the same as a USB port on a computer or plugged into the wall with a regular charger?

For those using the lg qi charger does it stop charging when the battery is full? I woke up this morning and the led was amber and the phone wasn't charging. Usually when I leave it on the wall charger it will say battery full but still show that it's plugged in.

So it looks like it does charge in cycles. I woke up in the middle of the night and the charging pad was amber and the phone wasn't charging. Then when I woke up this morning the phone's led was green and the charging pad was flashing green. Then later both were solid green.
I assume this is a useless feature if you use a generic case right? If this would charge through something like an incipio feather case, then it would be cool, but I think this is going to be not very useful feature. I'd rather have the thinner ATT style back and plug in a normal charging cable then. If they expected people to go naked to allow wireless charging, why did they create a shinny back? Makes no sense.
Good to know. Does it slow them down any? If anyone uses G2 Verizon wireless here with a case, please post your feedback.
Heh, I bought 3 of the wireless chargers, not really thinking much of it. One by the bed, one by the TV, and one at work was my thought....
However the battery is so good on this thing I'll probably never need to charge it while on the couch or at work... Haha

I have my LG charger plugged in at work, but I'd like to have something else at home. (I'm debating putting one next to my bed and having my phone replace my alarm clock as well... no idea why I hadn't done that.)

I had to go to the verizon store yesterday and was looking at the LG wireless charger, but was also concerned about the phone having a case and then realized, I only need to charge the phone maybe once a day since I do use it a lot, seems like the battery has improved since the first few days of having, I have noticed like yesterday by mid late afternoon, and btw I was checking fb, instagram, web, mail, etc, I was in the 80% still crazy!!! Love it!

I have the Samsung Qi wireless charger (bought it last month when it was only $25) and am using it for my Verizon LG G2, but am noticing that sometimes it will have the pop-up saying "It's now charging" and then almost immediately after say it's been "Disconnected from wireless charging". It will do this for quite a while, but then if I put the phone on the charger another time then I won't have any problem at all? Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Also, I'm using the jelly case from verizon until I find something better. Thanks in advance!
