No Sir... I think you are confusing voLTE with what the op was asking.

XLTE is a marketing term for faster LTE. There is no indicator for this. You will just have to check Verizon's website for markets covered, or do a speed test.

Search for XLTE Verizon and you will see it specifically mentions that there are no indicators. You need a phone that has 1700 MHz capability, and the Verizon site will let you search for phones with this built in.

There is no coverage map. There is a list of xlte cities however you are not guaranteed to have xlte at every location within those cities

You can use the lte discovery app from the Google play store to see if you are currently on XLTE.

The lte discovery app can sit in the notification bar and will display band 4 when on XLTE.

For example at 114dbm, I was still able to get 45mbps. I can get faster with a better signal strength of course.
