Vertical Clock?

I can't get the vertical clock to work in the lock screen even though I enabled it. Anyone else have this problem?

I can't get the vertical clock to work in the lock screen even though I enabled it. Anyone else have this problem?

Works for me on my AT&T V10, however it doesn't show up in the vertical format if I have any uncleared notifications. This seems intentional.
