Very Disappointed in Seidio

Order my Incredible about a month ago and after getting a ton of feedback, decided to go with Seidio case. Not only because of the feedback for how good their cases are made, but more importantly, I am coming from BB and love the desktop cradle. Seidio kept saying week after week they were going to produce the travel kit and the desktop cradle which I thought was great so the device could be left in the cradle and charged. Checked on it earlier this week and they said they were in final testing for the desktop cradle. Up to that point, I was very impressed with Seidio and was highly recommending them.

Then the story changes come this past Wednesday. Both of the items were removed from Seidio's website and I then called them to get clarification. Was told by their rep that due to low interest, they had dropped both accessories.

While I understanding nothing is a guarantee, misleading the consumer is unacceptable. Up until yesterday, they were still advertising their cases were compatible with their so called "desktop charger".

If a company cannot stand behind its products, then I cannot stand behind a company. Sorry, but I will not ever purchase anything from Seidio again. We all know this had to be known longer before the day the dropped it and to mislead the customer up until the last day is unacceptable and poor business practice.

Anyone know of a desktop charger for the Incredible. I am actually going to return my Seidio case and take my business elsewhere. Lesson learned, but completely dissatisfied with Seidio. :mad::mad::mad:
