Very Frustrated

I am very frustrated with my phone mainly because of the horrible antenna on the S2. I have heard this is a wide spread issue with the S2. Can anyone confirm.

Here is an example. I was at the Vanderbilt Game last night in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE.

I WAS ROAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The horrible signal resulted in my battery dropping from 70% at the beginning of the game to 5% by the end of the game.

I am thinking I will most likely take leap to the IP5 in a couple of weeks.

Yeah not a lot you can do unless you root/rom and flash some new modems until you find one that works best for you.

I think most of your problem is just sprint. My wife has a I phone 4s and she gets no better signal that I. I could be standing on top of a sprint tower with a tin foil suit and still be roaming with 2 bars.

Getting the Iphone isn't going to solve any of your reception issues. It is not the phone....it is Sprint. They're presently upgrading towers (to 4g, updating the 3G and installing LTE equipment) across the cuntry. Until that is finished, we all suffer.

Hmmm. Nashville has 4G but not LTE. We are supposed to get LTE Oct/Nov?
