VERY odd thing happened to my TB 2day

I have my TB personalized I am sure as many others have. Photo me and daughter on screen. Choice of my widgets, laid out just the way I wanted. Made Phone call. Ended call. NO longer personalize when call ended. Screen is completely different. No more pic of me n kid. widgets gone, but new ones on screen. Different clocks n weather. New favorites on contact widget???? WTH is going on?

Sounds like Sense crashed on you while you were on the phone.. this is not the end of the world.. if you go into personalizations you should be able to see your old profile there and be able to restore it.

i rarely old the phone on my shoulder during a call. have either ended a call or put on speaker. you might have been pressing buttons with your head the whole time on the phone and making changes. its happened to me before

Power-cycle the phone, that should bring back your customizations...

Try the Scenes option in the personalization menu and see if your setup is saved there.

Yeah it is weird, I don't remember seeing it with Sense before but I do have it on a semi regular basis on my D2G running Launcher pro. My theory is that the customizations are dumped from active memory for some reason. I've never tried it but I suspect force closing the launcher would also bring them back. *shrug*

I have had 3 replacements (3rd new) and all three acted differnt.The amount of space needed between my head and the sensor was not the same to get screen to turn off while on a call. You may have been changing setting while on call. I keep the touch vibrate on to stop this from happening so you can know when this happens. Good luck.
