Very Strange Problem with HDMI output

I have a very strange problem with my HDMI output on my Kindle Fire HD. I have two Hinsense TVs, one in the living room and one in my bedroom. The Kindle HDMI works great on the tv in the living room. I move the device to the tv in my bedroom using the same HDMI cable and it does not work. Here is the strange part... I have three HDMI port on the TV and I can move my cable box HDMI cable to any of those port and cable works fine. Of course, I've selected the input for all the HDMI ports on the TV remote... again, cable box comes through fine on any of the port. I hook the Kindle up the same ports and nothing. Take the Kindle and same cable to the other tv and it works fine. One last thing that also make it weird... I has worked fine for over a year on this TV. I've always just used the input button on the remote to move from cable to kindle by changing HDMI ports. Today ... nothing. Anyone ever run into this before???
