Vibe K5 2 4G chips

My Vibe K5 shows 2 chips as 4G & 2G. It has to show both as 4G. Does version 5.1.1 support 2 4G chips? Or may it be a company problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, can you clarify what the issue is? Are you saying that you have a dual SIM phone, and that one SIM card shows up as on the 4G network, but the other one is only getting 2G? Only SIM1 supports 4G. SIM2 can only use 2G network. Can personally confirm with K5 Plus here in Vietnam.
