"New Message Pop Up" is enabled in the Viber settings however, messages only pops up on the lockscreen. It does not work if the screen is unlocked wether on the idle homescreen or while another app is currently running. I am using a Sony C5 running on the Lollipop OS.
I've tried re-installing the app, even went so far as to restore my phone to it's factory setting and none of those worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated, either by resolving this issue or suggesting a free third party app that would pop up display messages on viber.
