Vibrate function

My phone won't vibrate when in vibrate mode. Doesn't work for text or incoming calls.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it ever vibrate? How about haptic feedback on the keyboard? If none of it works, the vibration motor may have failed. It's the only moving part, so it's more prone to failure. Contact HTC if still under warranty, or bring the phone to a repair shop.
