Vibrate is so so weak

Much more often than not I cant feel the vibration while the phone (3T) is pocketed. It is frustrating missing notifications this way.

Coming from a BB Q10 I guess I have been spoiled with the myriad of notification options.

Are there apps which allows for various vibration options? For example it would help if I could have say three vibrates for a text say but only 1 for emails from a certain account etc.?

Yea this is actually my biggest problem with this phone. Compared to the iPhone vibrate engines, this thing is pathetic. Im pretty sure it still uses a damn pager like vibrate motor with a counterweight lol

Hi! I, too came to Android from a BlackBerry Q10, and I too miss the array of notifications you could assign to different types of messages. Other than assigning a specific ringtone for certain contacts, I am unsure about customizing specific vibrations for specific types of messages; like email. My LG G3 splits up notifications: email has a specific tone, yet text messages have another; and those two types of notifications can't be immersed together. Maybe if you went into your Settings app and rooted around in the Vibration section, you'd find something. Otherwise, hunt around in the Google Play Store.

BlackBerry truly spoiled us with this kind of stuff! LED colours for specific contacts, text tones for specific people... Those were the days.

Go figure. I found the default vibration on the OnePlus 3 to be obnoxiously strong. I reduced the duration.

I'm surprised they didn't fix the vibration weakness in the 3T
