Vibrate Question

Is there anyway to ONLY have it vibrate on silent and not when the sound is on like the switch for the iPhone.

That's probably the only thing I miss

There is a "vibrate while ringing" toggle. Not sure if that would accomplish what you are looking for.

Settings>Sound and Vibration>Set vibration intensity to zero.

Problem is thou that I want it to vibrate when on silent at work in a meeting

Go into [settings/sounds and vibration] and toggle vibrate while ringing off. Then if sound mode is set to sound, you will have a ringer and no vibration. Set sound mode to vibrate and you will just have vibrate.
