Vibration issue with Oreo 8 Update

I updated my HTC u11 last night to Oreo 8 and ever since then my phone doesn't vibrate when I receive texts, calls and notifications. My sound is set to vibrate and I've gone through the settings and made sure it's all set to vibrate but it just doesn't vibrate since the update. I've restarted my phone several times but no difference. Can someone help me fix this issue as I really need my phone to vibrate when I receive texts etc... It's frustrating not knowing when I receive stuff. And I do not like my phone to ring or make a sound when receiving stuff. I hope someone can help me resolve why my phone isn't vibrating since the Oreo update.

Is power saver turned on..

Disable power save. That turns off vibrations when its enabled. It also disables animations.
