Video/Audio Sync Issue

Whenever I play a video the video pauses for like 3 seconds but the audio continues. This happens regardless of the application I'm using. How can I fix this?

If you're streaming, it's because your connection to the server is a bit slow, so the device is waiting for more video.

If you're playing local video, it's probably because the device isn't fast enough to play full-speed video at the resolution you're trying to play it at.
