video call on verizon s9+

Ever since the december patch I can no longer start a video call from the contacts or dialer. I can only switch to a video call after I have started a voice call.

I'm sure there will be a fix for it..

its weird because if I try from the dialer it says contact can not receive video Calls. but it works from in a call to the same contact.

There has to be a update to fix the glitch..just gotta look for it n be patient.
