Video call problem

Just recently I have not been able to use video calling to my wife's phone. We can see each other, she can hear me but all I get on my end is a loud buzzing noise. I tried hanging up and recalling and its the same thing. Any ideas?

Have you tried rebooting both devices?

yep. I will try rebooting both tonight when I get home then try to use it right after and report back. Its been going on for a few weeks now and i know both of our phones have been reset over that time.
