Video calling? (and best app to do so)

I think some people have already asked about Video calling, but my question is a bit different. Let me first tell you what I want to do. I have SO MANY friends with iPhone 4s. I want to rub it in their face that my Bionic is WAY better than theirs. Of course, that is my Bionic WILL be better than theirs, once I figure out if I'm going to wait for Costco or not (but that is for another thread). I also have a few Android friends so I'd like to video call them as well...and rub it in their face that their phone can't look good on 3G lol. So I'd like to see what kind of video apps are working, and what works best? I was thinking for cross platform such as Bionic to iPhone 4, Fring I've heard works the best. Some people have reported that Skype doesn't work, so I may want to try to find an alternative. I tried to see if I could do a video call from my laptop to my friend's Incredible 2 (via Google Chat) but it seems I can't do that (any idea how to make that work? He has Android 2.3.3 so I think that's why). I did a video call to Bworley50's Bionic last week with no problem on Google Chat, so that should work Android to Android (iPhones aren't supported are they?)

PS: I want to find a very strange place to call my friends from too...a place where you normally couldn't make a video call without 4G. Was thinking of calling one of my friends while like on the toilet or something lol.

I've been using Google Talk to call my wife during the day on her Xoom. We chat during lunch...me on my Bionic on 4G, her on her Xoom on wifi.

Yes I already know that it works on Android very well (although I have yet to do Android to Android, so it's good to know it works that way too). But since Google Chat is a GOOGLE application...I would expect I need a different one installed on my friend's iPhone 4 to call him (or her. I may do that too )

I'm kind of hoping someone confirming calls work. That's what I'm asking. I know how to get them and what they are, I just haven't seen someone use them and confirm they work correctly on the Bionic over 4G.
Can anyone test if they work Android to Android, Android to PC, and/or Android to iOS?

Skype on Bionic does not work with the default app (yet), but someone posted a patched unofficial version in another thread that should work

Apparently you haven't met my "friends"...they purposely try to start Apple vs. Google/Microsoft/everyone else battles with me. One way of getting back at them? Showing them that they're completely wrong about everything they've ever tried to tell me. And also I do have friends that I just want to video call Android to iOS, just as a friendly call (calling girls in a different way too, always fun ).

So tomorrow I will be getting the phone...hoping to test out the video calling, see if it's any good. Skype works good on the iPhone correct? I don't mind downloading the fixed Skype version to try it out and see if I can call someone using that, and/or just use Fring.
Still looking for the weirdest places to call people from? What do you guys think? I think I'm going to go to a random bathroom and video call someone from there, but I need something even weirder lol.
