So im getting a note 2 friday, and my mom has a galaxy stratosphere (2 i think), is there a facetime like way to make video calls? or would i have to go thru some programs? I want it to be as easy as possible for her as well

Hangouts is the best,, it's flawless and it's google. So easy to instant message and then start a video chat. I use it to video chat with my note 2 all the time and anyone else who uses it says the same thing,, Finnally a perfect, use able video call.
