Video chat over 3G?

First of all, is it even possible? Have you tried with both, Qik and Fring? Finally, how does it perform with both people using 3G and/or one using their desktop computer?

This has been done with 3G with Fring, and it runs smoothly. You can probably find examples on Youtube.

I've read that it works.. and pretty well at that. It was in one of the reviews I read. I've read lots of em so I can't really recall which review it was.
