I have a galaxy phone wife has iPhone everything for video calls is on but still unable to make any video call both phones on same network

Does iPhone support carrier video conferencing? I thought it only did Facetime... if that's the case, since your S3 doesn't have Facetime, you won't be able to make video calls. Also, depending on the carrier, video conferencing might need to be activated on their end for each line.
