video I record lags/freezes

So all of a sudden video that i record with my g2 plays back poorly, it lags and freezes, however the audio is fine.

I tried playing the video back on my computer and it does the same thing, so I think it has something to do with my camera.

Anyone else have this problem or an idea of what to do?
