OK I'm not too sharp on this stuff but hopefully someone can dumb it down and explain it so I can make it happen. Here's the deal.
I have a Pulsar N750 night vision scope with a video out port. The scope will output PAL or NTSC format. I have a Samsung Note 3 phone on AT&T. I would like to be able to connect the phone and scope together via cable and capture stills or video from the scope. I am hoping someone can point me to an app or tell me how to do this. Keep it simple folks, help me out.
