I have tried everything I know at this time to find the video from the PC except removing the SD card. I can find it in the camera app, X-Plore app on the phone. Open it on PC exploring & I can see all the pictures I have taken in the ExtSDcard in DCIM/Camera .... same as in the phone .... my video is not there unless looking from the Note 3
Exploring the SD card when connected via USB can sometimes be unreliable, depending on the device. Try AirDroid, which allows you to browse your phone's folders via wifi.
I did say I could see all pictures I had taken a few minutes before. I did copy from one folder to another with X-Plore app & then it shows up in the new folder. I tried before that to rename it & that didn't work ..... I know sometimes it may be a little flaky connecting just like the S3 & Note 2, but I could always get past that & never had a problem finding video ..... BTW .... it doesn't show up in the original directory where it still is .... for weird :-\
