Video not saved due to low memory on LG G5-Can I recover?

Hi there,

I took a video on my LG G5. However, my memory was too full for the final video, and it did not save. The video is still in my gallery, though. It's a white square with a Play arrow and an exclamation mark. It still has the video size in the details. But, when I click on it, it says "Cannot play video. This file type is not supported." It also will not play on my computer.

Is there any way I can recover this video and make it playable?

There is probably not much that can be done in a phone app to fix this.

You might try opening the video in a video editor on your computer. Some of the high-end editors might be able to work around the problem, maybe.
