Video Playback Issue

Whenever I play a video, no matter what the sourse, I get dots across the screen as a straight line pattern or as a criss cross patern. Any solutions/opinions to this.

I was just going to make a thread about this. I think it's actually recording video. I ALWAYS usually every 10-30 seconds in my videos get terrible artifacts across the screen. its like a blocky artifact, I don't know how ot explain it. Maybe I'll put a video up that has it.

Bump. Is anyone else having the same issue I am. It happens in EVERY video and I don't know why.
