Video Playback on Windows is horrible

I have been taking GREAT videos with my S6 & they look fantastic on the phone. But when I copy them to my Windows 10 machine they are horrible. They are very very jerky. I am assuming it has to do with FPS that UHD records ???? (is it 60 fps?)

has anyone found a Video player for Windows that actually plays UHD recordings from the phone?

Any other suggestion?
