Not sure who had messed around, but LG has a cool feature.

If you hold the phone landscape, touching the left side of the screen and slide up or down will change brightness. The right side will change the volume.

Cool, I didn't know this.

BTW the default is set at 30fps, I didn't know until I made some videos. You can change it in the settings to 60fps.

And at the top if u slide horizontally, it fast forwards or backwards the video.
