Video quality options missing

So I had recorded about an hour, maybe more, if video. Unfortunately it had stopped unexpectedly so I recorded soon after, basically it's one video split into three. Problem is each was 2-3 gigabytes. Reason for that is its HD. So I though of changing it down. Problem is only four options are available, HD, full HD and two others that I don't use unless need a photo sent to a basic phone. The options are in the photo. Problem is there were others, only one I can remember is high quality. Where'd they go?
