Anyone know of a good video Review that shows the watch in action with actual examples of day to day usages? All of the videos I've seen thus far are of bantering and fumbling around the interface. I can't imagine android wear is that hard to use.

I'm not much of a runner, but I appreciate your efforts in making the video. However once again I'm seeing a lot of random swiping, but not much walk through. Is android wear that limited in functionality? Are there any videos out there of someone text messaging with it? I'm pretty set on the moto 360 for the aesthetic value, but I'm hesitant on pulling the trigger because I'm not seeing the full benefits of its features.

You can text with it, set reminders, start workouts, set timers, etc, with it. There's no videos of those anywhere?

I've yet to find a really good thorough walk through of text messaging. Is there a way to type out messages or is it basically just Google now voice dictation? It'd be a little awkward talking to my watch, but it would be useful just typing quick replies like, I'm busy, or I'll be there in a minute... Etc.

I use mine often. Obviously only certain situations are convenient. I had the original version Gear last year which was awkward making calls on. Moto doesn't have a speaker but for voice texting its pretty good!

I had one on my wrist at best buy last night, but just couldn't pull the trigger on it. How useful has the 360 been for you? Does it seem like a necessary accessory?

What didnt you like about it? Was it paired with your phone, or are you just referring to the feel of the device (in why you didnt pull the trigger)? Im on the fence but after all the reviews and feedback on these forums, im more than ready to drop the money on one (but unfortunately have to wait until next month). However ive never had one or used one, a buddy of mine had the original Samsung Gear which was OK but this is much more intriguing because of the look and activity tracker.

oddly enough i just used look behind and pixr camera apps to actually do things that i could not otherwise.

It was just running a demo loop,so I could really use it. It was much bigger on my wrist than I expected and the metal band seemed too narrow. But I saw on Motorola's website the next day that they offer two different band widths. I would probably go for the larger one as it would seem more proportionate to the watch face. But I'm really just on the fence because of the $300 price tag.

Ya I was having a tough time with the price tag as well, that's why I did my months of research to make sure it would be worth it to me. Coming from someone who has never weared a watch, I find it surprisingly spot on...Only after a day I have already started to not even notice its on.

Good luck and hopefully you find what suits your needs

Just saw the LG G Watch Urbane announcement... Glad I hesitated on the 360.. But I'm still undecided. Think I'll wait til after MWC.

Sure to be lots of wearable announcements at MWC... However, I'm guessing watches like the "Urbane" (if / when they come to actual public release) may be a bit more on the pricey side. Just my two cents, hopefully I'm wrong :) Hehe.

Looks like you got it right if the pre-order prices are accurate:

Even at $450 USD, thats $200 more than Moto 360. I mean the device definitely looks stylish and classy...but ouch.

I'm having a hard time justifying a $300.00 watch, never mind a $450 one!! The Urbane looks kinda girly anyway.

Based on your remarks and, I don't think a smart watch is for you at this stage of Android Wear development. Maybe at 3.0 when it has matured to the point of higher functionality and has market penetration and sufficient production to reduce pricing to the sub-150 average price point it will be in your wheel house.

You're probably right, but the geek in me still wants a 360. Lol!
