Video settings? Yikes

Had some free time at work (i work for a hockey team)...decided to test the video during warmups. Holy hell....if there are multiple moving objects I guess steady cam and auto follow focus are out of the question. The focus issue i get, the steady cam....i had the phone resting on a table, it literally looked like a mini earthquake. Horrible. Im unsure what im doing wrong or if that's just how it is?
